Recruitment Position
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate and execute promotion and recruitment activities for professional visitors.
2. Develop media and association cooperation channels and maintain existing media and association partnerships.
3. Manage and operate exhibition content on social media.
4. Effectively control and manage public relations, design and production processes, including copyright, printed materials and original artwork.
5. Manage suppliers for public relations materials, direct mail promotional materials, printed materials and online/offline souvenirs.
6. Provide content updates for exhibition websites.
7. Assist in the organization and operation of events, including conferences, opening ceremonies and press conferences.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing.
2. Experience in new media, especially social media content management and community operations.
3. One to two years of exhibition marketing experience preferred.
4. Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
5. Strong project management capability.
6. Excellent communication skills and good written expression in Chinese and English.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and related software.
