Each venue leverages its unique strengths and resources, effectively deploying its service and support capabilities. Building upon existing capabilities, they continue to explore and maximize operational potential and space, enabling organizers to create a wider range of dates and exhibition options. They are committed to ensuring the successful implementation of extended projects and providing the highest quality of service.

Due to the significant impact of the pandemic on the exhibition industry, all venues must work together, regardless of their individual circumstances, to jointly safeguard the industry's long-term development.Currently, the focus should be on enhancing overall awareness, operating within the context of the entire city's goals, and strengthening collaboration among all parties. The shared objective is to ensure the successful implementation and completion of all exhibition projects. All professionals in the exhibition industry should collaborate, support each other, and jointly seek ways and methods to mitigate losses for all related businesses within the exhibition industry supply chain.
Each venue should actively support and communicate with other venues, sharing relevant information about exhibitions affected by the pandemic. They should strive to arrange more suitable and convenient dates for the organizers and provide comprehensive solutions. By adopting the principle of "temporary cessation for future prosperity," venues should work together to achieve Shanghai's goal of becoming a leading international convention and exhibition center and to exemplify the professionalism and dedication of Shanghai's exhibition industry.

This requires thorough research, analysis, and the development of tailored solutions.
