To effectively serve our members through multiple channels, we will continue to maintain dedicated sections on the association's website and WeChat official account for member information dissemination. Submissions are accepted from [date] onwards, with the following guidelines:
1. Content Submission Requirements
1、Member Organization Overview
1) Introduction of newly joined member companies;
2) Existing members are welcome to provide company profiles for promotional purposes.
2、Exhibition Announcements
1) Information about exhibitions and conferences organized by member organizations.
2) Information and registration details for events organized and hosted by member organizations.
3) Ticket giveaways for events organized and hosted by member organizations.
3. Member Information Disclosure
1) Publication of information regarding tender opportunities, partner searches, and recruitment for member organizations. Information must be legally compliant, accurate, and verifiable.
2) Promotion of awards and accolades received by member organizations, employees, and business owners (as sponsors) from recognized authorities.
**II. Content Requirements**
1、Please submit your application in Microsoft Word format, with a maximum of 1000 words.
2. Content can include both text and images, with a maximum of 15 images per article. Exceptions may apply. Each image should be accompanied by a caption and source information. Individual image files should not exceed 2MB and be stored in separate folders.
3. Clearly state the author's information and avoid using exaggerated or false claims about the content within the article. For example, avoid using terms such as "first," "largest," or "strongest."
4. If the article is time-sensitive, please submit it for review and approval at least 7 days prior to publication.
III. Important Considerations
1、Upon approval, articles will be used for official purposes without charge. No fees or royalties will be paid. The publication date for the used articles will be communicated to the author.
2. The association's official website is updated monthly. Submissions should be made according to the following schedule: WeChat public platform updates are posted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please plan your submissions accordingly.
3. This notification is valid for an indefinite period.
