The monthly salon, "Key Indicators and Implementation Methods for the Evaluation of the Research and Exhibition Project," was successfully held last Friday in the association's conference room. Over 20 exhibitors, organizers, and major exhibition venue representatives attended, providing their suggestions and ideas regarding the important indicators and implementation methods for evaluating the exhibition project.

Regarding the evaluation indicators for the exhibition:
(1) Should the evaluation level design consider the scale and edition of the exhibition?
(2) High-quality exhibitions should have a leading role in the industry, so their innovativeness can be considered.
(3) Regarding the difficulty in collecting feedback on exhibitor and audience satisfaction, the group largely agreed on using "repeat attendance rate" as an indicator. Additionally, for organizers of new and special exhibitions, due to limitations in scale and edition, they hoped for a set of evaluation criteria that specifically suited these types of exhibitions.

The association will collect and organize the feedback from all parties. For quantifiable objective data, the association will use evaluation indicators to create a suitable, effective, and easy-to-operate evaluation criteria.

Finally, the participating exhibition venue companies also expressed their willingness to cooperate in reviewing the evaluation data. All parties also actively responded to the call for green exhibitions, and we thank you for your support of the association's work.
