In accordance with the Airport Group's instruction to promptly evacuate key passengers during epidemic prevention and control, Airport International and EGO Travel immediately organized personnel and formed an on-site dispatch and command team.

With strict control as the priority, the company overcame difficulties, actively found solutions, mobilized all available vehicles and arranged front-line staff in place. It assigned drivers with strong commitment and excellent skills, equipped them with personal protective supplies, disinfected each vehicle after each use, and followed the unified procedure of the airport command center to safely, punctually and quickly transport passengers from key areas who showed fever symptoms and met quarantine requirements to designated quarantine areas for medical observation.

This work won time for Shanghai Airport's rapid evacuation of key quarantine passengers and received praise and recognition from airport leaders.

A 24-hour dispatch and command center was established for safe epidemic prevention and control. Service points were set up at the airport, work areas and other crowded areas were disinfected, staff provided care and guidance to passengers, vehicles and drivers prepared all transport support, and green channels were opened to fully support the airport and quickly transport passengers who met quarantine requirements.

Leaders from all parties at the airport went to the front line to command the work and convey organizational care.
