To all member enterprises:

As China celebrates the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the requirements of Shanghai's exhibition industry development plan for the 13th Five-Year Plan period and the goal of building an international exhibition capital, the association has decided after study to carry out a selection activity among exhibition organizers and contractors, exhibition engineering enterprises, venue operators and other enterprises.

1. Purpose of the Selection

The selection is intended to establish benchmark enterprises in Shanghai's exhibition industry, encourage advanced performers, standardize the market, guide and promote the healthy and orderly development of the city's exhibition industry, and accelerate Shanghai's development as an international exhibition capital.

2. Scope of Selection

Member enterprises of the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industries Association.

3. Categories and Method

Selection categories:

1. 2019 Top 10 Exhibition Organizing and Contracting Organizations in Shanghai's Exhibition Industry, see Form 1.

2. 2019 Top 20 Exhibition Display Engineering Enterprises in Shanghai's Exhibition Industry, see Form 2.

3. 2019 Top 3 Major Exhibition Venues in Shanghai, see Form 3.

4. Contribution Award for Serving the China International Import Expo, using the consultation form.

Selection method:

1. Participating enterprises voluntarily apply within the specified time and truthfully fill in the relevant information in the application forms. The deadline for enterprise applications is November 30, 2019.

2. The association will verify the application information.

3. Enterprises that had fatal or personal injury accidents in 2019 are not eligible to participate in this activity.

4. Preliminary evaluation results will be publicized on the association's official website before commendation.

5. The association will not charge any fees for this selection activity.

4. Commendation Method

The association will present awards at the second member assembly of the fifth session, which is planned for mid-to-late December 2019.
