New and Existing Member Exchange Event

Location:Association Conference Room (Room 301, Building 7, No. 3539, East Road)
Theme and Purpose of this Session:
This session is an interactive communication event between the Association and its new and existing member units.
Association leaders will introduce the Association's main work and service content, interact with member company representatives, and listen to their needs. New and existing members are welcome to express their demands or showcase the highlights of their products or services. We also encourage communication and cooperation between member units.
Invited Companies:
1. Companies that have recently joined the association and become members within the past two years;
2. Companies that have relevant suggestions and opinions regarding businesses, the association, or industry development;
3. Companies that wish to expand the reach of their products or services through the association platform;
4. Companies that wish to connect with more industry peers and find partners.
The above totals approximately 40 companies to be invited.
Salon Activity Agenda:
14:00-14:30 Registration and independent interaction;
14:30-15:00: Introduction to the association's main work and service content.
15:00-16:00: Self-introduction by participating companies, showcasing 4-5 companies' products/services.
16:00-16:25: Interactive exchange.
16:25-16:30: Summary of the salon event.
16:30 onwards: Post-event networking.

Please contact the association staff before August 18th at 16:00 for member units interested in introducing products or services at the salon. Prepare a presentation of approximately 10 minutes. The association will screen based on products and content.
