Job Requirements:
* Age 35 years or younger (female candidates must be married with children). * Minimum of three years of experience working in an exhibition company. * English proficiency (Level 6 or higher, with excellent spoken communication skills). * Strong management and public relations skills, with a proven ability to innovate and independently promote products. * Excellent personal coordination and teamwork skills (experience in managing exhibition companies and event reception is preferred).
Job Description:
* Primarily responsible for managing all aspects of exhibition logistics (including hotel, transportation, and catering services). * Responsible for organizing and promoting domestic and international clients, as well as coordinating with local industry associations. * Provide comprehensive and high-quality services to professional visitors attending the exhibition.

Job Description:
1. Develop and implement annual plans for the project team; 2. Responsible for team building, management, training and guidance of business personnel, and strengthening team cooperation, improving work efficiency; 3. Lead the project team to achieve the company's sales targets; 4. Contract Management: Possess certain contract management skills, understand key legal principles in signing, and supervise contract execution; 5. Track and control the implementation and progress of the project, and regularly report and communicate work status to superiors; 6. Responsible for collecting market and industry information, and completing sales tasks on time; 7. Coordinate and resolve various issues encountered by the team during the exhibition; 8. Master the ability to develop and maintain potential markets and customer groups, and provide after-sales service to existing and new customers; 9. After the exhibition, summarize and analyze the exhibition's recruitment results.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; 2. Ability to independently manage all aspects of exhibition projects; 3. Familiarity with exhibition operations, regulations, and procedures; 4. Strong business development skills and a proven track record of attracting exhibitors; 5. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and internal departments; 6. Responsible for the daily management and operation of the team; 7. Experience with mechanical or aviation-related exhibitions or access to relevant client resources is preferred;
