Article 1To strengthen the association's credit information management, promote the development of the credit system, and ensure the healthy and orderly development of the association, this policy is established in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national guidelines.

Article 2The association's office serves as the designated department for managing credit information, ensuring timely updates to the association's credit information.

Article 3The association's credit information includes basic information, annual report information, administrative inspection information, administrative penalty information, and other relevant information.

Article 4Basic information refers to the information related to the association's registration, approval, and record-keeping processes.

Article 5Annual report information refers to the information disclosed by the association in accordance with its legal obligation to submit an annual work report to the public.

Article 6Administrative inspection information refers to the conclusive information generated by registration and management authorities and relevant government departments regarding the supervision and inspection conducted by the association.

Article 7Administrative penalties information refers to the types of administrative sanctions, outcomes, facts of violation, legal basis, timing, and the departments responsible for imposing administrative sanctions that the association has received.

Article 8Other relevant information includes the association's evaluation level and validity period, any government awards or recognitions received, contracts for government procurement services or delegated tasks, eligibility for public fundraising, and eligibility for tax-deductible charitable donations.

Article 9The association's office must accurately and promptly record relevant information on the designated platform, in accordance with established procedures.

Article 10Personnel involved in credit information management who abuse their authority, engage in favoritism or negligence, will be subject to disciplinary action or administrative penalties, depending on the severity of the offense. In cases where criminal liability is established, the individuals will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
