Longjiang Exhibition Alliance Membership Guidelines

I. Membership Conditions:

According to the Longjiang Exhibition Alliance Charter, the alliance absorbs member units, implementing the principles of "voluntary entry and free withdrawal". Upon acknowledging the alliance charter and participating in alliance activities, a written application, after being reviewed and recommended by the relevant departments or associations of each province (or city/region), must be submitted to the Alliance Secretary-General for discussion and approval by the Joint Meeting of Alliance Chairpersons, after which the unit can become a member unit of the alliance.

II. Membership Process:

1. The applicant unit must complete the membership application form and obtain a notarized signature from the relevant department or association of the local exhibition management authority;

2. After completion, scan and send the application form to the Alliance Secretary-General;

3. After initial review by the Alliance Secretary-General and approval by the Joint Meeting of Alliance Chairpersons, the unit information will be registered, and an electronic member certificate (printable) will be issued and publicly disclosed;

4. After the applicant unit becomes a member of the alliance, it must fulfill its obligations according to the alliance charter.

5. Information regarding alliance members (including unit name, primary contact person, and contact details) should be promptly updated with the alliance secretariat if any changes occur.
