Life is of paramount importance; the pandemic is a direct order; prevention is our responsibility.To support the nationwide effort to combat the new coronavirus, ensuring the safety and well-being of all citizens.The Shanghai Exhibition and Convention Industry Association hereby issues the following call to action:
1. Actively respond to the directives of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, demonstrating a sense of overall perspective and responsibility at critical moments, and provide full support and cooperation to implement all measures outlined in the "Shanghai Launches Level 1 Response Mechanism for Major Public Health Emergencies."
2. Promptly disseminate decisions and directives from the Party and government, as well as relevant information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, including knowledge and preventative measures, to employees through various communication channels.
Three. Continuously monitor the health and well-being of employees in affected areas. When receiving employees returning from affected areas, ensure proper temperature checks and registration for all incoming personnel to prevent the spread of the virus.Upon identification of a suspected case, immediately contact the relevant local health and medical authorities."To ensure a safe and responsible start to the new year, the timing of the opening should be determined based on the evolving COVID-19 situation, while strictly adhering to all safety protocols."
Four. Infection control is the responsibility of everyone. Relevant pandemic information will be promptly disseminated through official channels by the relevant authorities. We kindly request that everyone refrain from spreading misinformation.Scientific prevention: Start with yourself.
