Regarding the statement in the "Shanghai Exhibition Industry Development Report (2015)" published by Hanover Messe (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., specifically the article "Comparison of Equity Acquisition Models of German Exhibitors in China," certain statements were found to be inaccurate. After verification, the author agreed to revise the original sentence "Equity acquisition by German companies in China is not smooth sailing... and the Dongguan Electrotechnical Fair organized by the Dongguan Municipal People's Government, etc." to "Cooperative exhibition business of German companies in China is not smooth sailing, for example: the Dongguan Electrotechnical Fair organized jointly by the Dongguan Municipal People's Government and a certain enterprise, etc., are worth studying and reflecting upon for practitioners.
