To further promote the professional, international, branded, and digital development of the Shanghai exhibition and convention industry, our association has established the "Rules for the Selection of "2024 Shanghai Brand Exhibition and Outstanding Exhibition" (Provisional)", and will use this to conduct the 2024 Shanghai Exhibition Project Selection and Recognition activities. We encourage all exhibition organizers to actively participate and submit applications based on these rules.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Updates:
1、For the required materials, only the post-event report is needed, as this was the most recent report from the previous three events held in Shanghai. Other materials should be provided for the relevant year (2024).
2. Electronic materials should be packaged and sent to the email address in the specified order. If the files are too large, they can also be uploaded to a cloud storage platform, and the download link and decryption code should be provided in the email.
3. For printed materials, each printed document must have at least one official stamp. Stamped copies are not required.
4、Please provide a printed copy of the materials. We do not require a specific binding format, but please ensure they are neatly organized and placed in a file folder or archival box for shipment. No in-person submission is necessary.
5. Exhibitions that have experienced safety incidents in the previous year are ineligible for evaluation.
