To further promote the in-depth study of "Four Histories," focusing on practical application and comprehensive understanding, the Shanghai Exhibition and Convention Industry Association Party Committee, in collaboration with the Shanghai Tourism Industry Association, organized a "Post-Pandemic Recovery: Industry Collaboration" Party Education activity on August 12th. Members of various grassroots party branches and committees participated.
1、A Journey of Remembrance – Honoring HeroesA solemn ceremony was held at the "Dan Xin Bi Xue Wei Ren" Memorial, featuring a wreath-laying and a collective three-bow salute to honor the revolutionary martyrs, expressing deep respect and remembrance.
Subsequently, participants visited the "Heroic Songs – Shanghai Martyr Memorial Exhibition," where they attentively listened to the heroic deeds of the martyrs and viewed the images, artifacts, and multimedia presentations depicting their selfless sacrifices. The unwavering courage and spirit of the revolutionary predecessors, who were willing to sacrifice their lives for the cause, deeply resonated with everyone present.
2. "Walking the Talk" – The Secretary Delivering Educational Sessions Following the commemoration and site visit, Chen Xianfeng, Party Secretary of the Shanghai Exhibition and Convention Industry Association, delivered a special political study on the topic of "Reform and Opening-up and the Development of China's Exhibition and Convention Industry." Chen Xianfeng, drawing on his own experiences, recounted the marketization process of China's exhibition and convention industry. He shared his insights into the development of the industry and, in light of the current situation, proposed strategies for China's exhibition and convention industry to adapt, respond, and innovate in the post-pandemic era.Secretary Chen Jianxin urged all members to maintain their resolve and fulfill their responsibilities as party members through concrete actions, contributing to the development of the industry.
