At present, Shanghai has activated the Level I response mechanism for major public health emergencies. In accordance with the requirements of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, all exhibition activities originally scheduled for February 2020 in the city have been suspended, and every effort is being made to carry out COVID-19 prevention and control work effectively.
To help exhibition organizations solve practical problems and resolve disputes, the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industry Promotion Center, the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industries Association, and the Exhibition and Tourism Practice Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association have jointly launched a voluntary legal consultation service for epidemic prevention obligations in the exhibition industry, providing free legal consultation to exhibition organizations.
Arrangements:
1. The consultation service is available from now until March 3, daily from 9:00 to 17:00.
2. Exhibition organizations requiring consultation should send their questions in the form below to info@scaac.com.cn. Relevant legal opinions will be replied to by email.
