The fourth meeting of the fourth council and the third member assembly of the fourth session of the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industries Association are scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Center of International Sourcing, No. 2739 Guangfu West Road, Putuo District, at the intersection with Zhongjiang Road. The arrangements are as follows:
1. The fourth meeting of the fourth council will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. in Meeting Room 305.
2. Tea break from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
3. The third member assembly of the fourth session will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Multi-function Hall 302. The main agenda includes reviewing the work report, industry commendations and member organization presentations.
This meeting is important. Please arrange your work and attend.
