Enrollment Notice
To implement relevant State Council documents, improve the professional competence and management level of Shanghai exhibition practitioners, meet the exhibition industry's need for talent, and comprehensively enhance the overall competitiveness of Shanghai exhibition enterprises, enrollment is now open for the 2019 Shanghai Exhibition Management Professional Technical Level Certification, Intermediate, Training Program. Details are as follows:
I. Application Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above and have worked in this industry or a related industry for at least 2 years.
2. Hold a junior college diploma or equivalent qualification and have worked in this industry or a related industry for at least 3 years.
3. Have obtained a junior certificate in a related industry and have worked in this industry or a related field for at least 4 years.
II. Training Time, Venue and Content
1. Training dates: September 16, 20, 21, 22, 27 and 28, 2019, for a total of six days.
2. Main module: exhibition management theory and practice.
3. Training materials: professional training materials jointly prepared by industry experts and instructors.
4. Training venue: Lecture Hall, 11th Floor, Fengyuzhu Building, No. 191 Jiangchang Third Road, Jing'an District.
III. Completion Examination and Certificate
After the training, participants will take a unified completion examination. Those who pass will receive the Shanghai Exhibition Management Professional Technical Level Certification, Intermediate, certificate issued by the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industries Association.
IV. Fee
The training fee is RMB 3,800, including examination certification fee and teaching materials. Accommodation, meals and transportation are at participants' own expense.
V. Application Method
1. Pre-registration: log in to the association's official website at www.sceia.org to download the Application Form. After completing it, send it to sceia2002@163.com. Download path: Association website > Services > Training and Education > Enrollment Notices > Download Attachment.
2. Formal registration: print the completed application form and provide copies of your ID card and academic certificate, together with one one-inch and two two-inch ID photos of the same version, with your name written on the back. Send them by courier to the association.

3. Application deadline: September 6, 2019.
4. Payment method: the training fee will be charged by the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industries Association and an invoice will be issued. Please complete the invoice information in the application form. Payment should be made by bank transfer. Account information is as follows:

2019 Shanghai Exhibition Management Professional Technical Level Certification, Intermediate, Training Course Schedule
Day 1, September 16, Monday morning: opening ceremony; development trends of Shanghai's exhibition industry and exhibition enterprise strategic management. Afternoon: legislative background and significance of Shanghai's exhibition industry.
Day 2, September 20, Friday morning: exhibition venue operation and management. Afternoon: introduction to exhibition management.
Day 3, September 21, Saturday morning: promoting intelligent management of exhibitions. Afternoon: event management theory and practice.
Day 4, September 22, Sunday morning: feasibility analysis, project approval, implementation, evaluation and summary of exhibition projects. Afternoon: exhibition display engineering and related services.
Day 5, September 27, Friday morning: development situation of the exhibition industry at home and abroad. Afternoon: theme planning and interpretation for exhibition projects.
Day 6, September 28, Saturday morning: cultural and creative special exhibitions as a unique category of exhibitions. Afternoon: application of design thinking in exhibition planning.
Morning class time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Afternoon class time: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
