Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 2. Demonstrated ability to learn and analyze, with a proactive and creative mindset, a passion for innovation, and a strong sense of color and spatial control, capable of seamlessly integrating overall design style with cultural and color considerations. 3. Proficient in 3DMax, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software. Expertise in modeling, rendering, and independent creation of exhibition stand designs and visual effects, with a thorough understanding of CAD construction drawing standards. 4. Preference given to candidates with extensive experience in exhibition stand design, possessing the ability to work on large and medium-scale exhibitions, and with a proven track record of successful projects. 5. Familiarity with exhibition production processes, with a basic understanding of construction and materials, and a specialization in custom exhibition stand design. 6. Deep understanding of branding and client needs, with unique creative abilities and a collaborative spirit, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others, while embracing challenges.
