To implement the provisions of the "Regulations on Exhibition Industry of Shanghai" and further standardize the Shanghai exhibition industry market, promoting orderly industry development, at the request of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Commerce, our association, in collaboration with the Shanghai Bar Association, has compiled sample contract templates for "Exhibition Contracts" and "Venue Rental Contracts" based on feedback received from relevant departments and numerous industry stakeholders. These templates are now publicly available for reference by relevant companies in the industry.
