Speech Topic: Recruitment and Development of Global Talent
In the past 4 years, Mr. Robert Heinemann has been the Global Human Resources Manager for the Munich Exhibition Group. He has not only created and implemented international human resource strategies for the company, developed various human resource-related tools and concepts, but also been responsible for the international recruitment of almost all senior positions within the group.

Mr. Ai Xinke assumed the position of CEO of Asia Business Weekly in November 2007, and was subsequently appointed Chairman and CEO in March 2009. He possesses over 25 years of experience in managing and developing business-to-business media, spanning emerging and mature markets across Asia and Europe.

Mr. Cao Wei has held senior management positions in large state-owned enterprises, with extensive experience in foreign trade and financial investment. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of the Shanghai Foreign Economic Trade Commission and as Vice President of Shanghai Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd.Donghao Lansheng Group is currently the largest state-owned exhibition group in Shanghai, with annual revenue exceeding 10 billion RMB solely from exhibition business.As a domestic exhibition enterprise with significant scale, Donghao Lansheng has been exploring how to further develop into a leading international exhibition group. Is this achieved through acquisitions and mergers, or through project transplantation?
Mr. Cao Wei will share with attendees what they have already done, what they are currently doing, and their plans for the future, outlining how Donghao Lansheng Group will step onto the international exhibition stage.

Speech Topic: Talent Acquisition, Selection, Utilization, and Employee Motivation for International Exhibition Companies
Ms. Li Ya Yi has been working in the exhibition industry for 25 years. Since joining Ledex in 1998, she has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance and has been awarded several important Ledex awards. She was also responsible for restructuring the Australian International Sales Department, expanding exhibition business in Asia, and establishing key business units such as the Ledex Expo Group's Beijing headquarters, Shanghai branch, and Shenzhen branch. Currently, Ms. Li Ya Yi will be responsible for all exhibitions and operations in the Greater China region, including sales and marketing responsibilities.
