On May 30th at 2:00 PM, the 29th salon, titled "The Bottlenecks and Prospects of Green Exhibition Enterprises," was successfully held in the association's new conference room.

Representatives from 17 exhibition enterprises, including MOC, LanKe, PinBang, JinMing, Yixin TianCheng, Qish, Jiandong, Yidian, and Lizhan, as well as representatives from the Jiangsu Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, attended the salon.

Following the release and implementation of [2015] State Council Decree No. 15, and the continuous issuance of corresponding environmental governance regulations and measures by local governments, green exhibitions and green construction have become the trend in industry development.

Therefore, the association and the Creative Exhibition Special Committee jointly planned this salon, themed "The Bottlenecks and Prospects of Exhibition Engineering Production in Shanghai," focusing on discussing the feasibility of creating a concentrated industrial park for exhibition engineering production, as well as the feasibility of enterprises forming groups and negotiating with government departments and the park regarding the establishment of factories.

Representatives from the enterprises shared their experiences and discussed the various difficulties they faced. Mr. Xu Runhe, General Manager of Shanghai MOC Exhibition Design Co., Ltd., the main unit of the Creative Exhibition Special Committee, summarized the industry situation and proposed the "group development" approach. Mr. Tang, Director of the Jiangsu Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, introduced the intention to invite Shanghai exhibition engineering enterprises to form groups and establish factories in the park, accepting various forms of cooperation. The government is also willing to issue relevant supporting policies and provide related hardware according to the requirements of the enterprises.

Most of the attendees expressed strong interest. The association will continue to play its role as a bridge and actively promote this project. Specific actions will be announced in due course. Please follow this WeChat account for updates.
